"The law of praying is the law of believing” was an axiom in the early church. Prayer and worship shape the way we relate to God, the world, and one another. For centuries, Anglicans have understood this principle and worked hard to create guidelines for prayer and worship to shape God’s people. The most obvious of these is the Book of Common Prayer. As great as that sounds, picking up the prayer book can feel like trying to find your way through a dictionary. In this class we’ll talk about where the prayer book comes from, how to navigate it, and the different ways you can use this resource in your own life with God and as you disciple your families.
We’ll be meeting for 2 weeks in July, the 5th and the 12th at 7 PM. Childcare will be available, registration is required. Click the link here to sign up!
